Kisses

Surprise Kisses, or "Kisses" as she's known around the barn, has been our go-to lesson horse the last few years! Kisses is a beautiful 2017 AQHA bay mare with a cute head and a big kind eye. Conformationally, she's built to last! She is a finished reining horse who hauls great and settles in easily to new atmospheres. Kisses has a big stop, super cute spin, and effortless flying lead change. She's soft in the face with smooth gaits and rides the same with or without a bridle. This mare excels around the ranch and at shows. She will rope and hold a calf, do the versatility, box a cow, and has even competed in a few sorting jack pots, too! Kisses is an excellent horsemanship horse, performing well in both the rail and pattern classes. She has also been trail rode a ton and is confident crossing logs, water, and bridges. She's unfazed by tarps, bull whips, or revolvers! Kisses is safe to ride on the road and down city trails as she is unbothered by strollers, bikes, dogs, and pedestrians. This mare is exceptionally well-trained and adaptable, easily transitioning from beginner walk-trot lessons to delivering outstanding performances at advanced events like the IEA Nationals. Kisses proudly carries on the legacy of her great-grandsire Smart Little Lena (AHQA Hall-Of-Fame), her grand-sire Jerry Lees Surprise (NRHA Futurity Champion and money-producer of $640k) , money-earning sire, and money-producing dam. Kisses has been hauled thousands of miles to help her students compete to the best of their ability and has even earned the IEA Horse of the Day award. She will stand tied or hobbled all day long and load into any trailer. She is a low-maintenance, easy keeper with no special care needed. She gets along great in a herd and is always easy to catch. Kisses is a solid partner and the kind of horse everyone wants in their barn!
Kisses is currently consigned to the Cody Horse Sale. Follow this link for more photos and video>>>
